The following tasks of each group are the core tasks of each special interest group. One main task is to share all information with the other groups and working constructively with each other on several projects. Tasks of the interest group "Informations about multimedia" The first step to estabish a fixed meeting point has been already archieved: The forum about multimedia is open at 7:00 pm every last wednesday in the month. Depending on the possibilities to get a free romm we either use the "Gehörlosenzentrum", Muspillistrasse 21, or the "Clubhaus" of the club "Gehörlose Bergfreunde München e.V.", Nusstrasse 55. At least this year we will deciede which place we will use finally. But we think that we will use the rooms of the new deaf centre when the building up has been finished. For becoming well known in europe and all over the world it is very important to have information material in form of a brochure. Because printed media is still needed to get a higher acceptance among the people. For the creation of this brochure (layout, content) we will work together with the interest goup "Graphics/Video". Because of the rapid development in the multimedia area people looses more and more the overlook in this field. For this reason the info group "Informations about multimedia" should present all gathered informations continously at every meeting. If the mass of information is about to break the time limit of the meeting. Than only important information should be made public. All other can be given in paper form. Informations, which are given from outside to the "info" group must be given to the interest groups of the club. It's highly important for our club to win new team members as expert or referee. In case for being open for everybody and accessible through many information channels (letter, fax, e-mail) this group became a type of hotline function to solve the problems of the questioner as fast as possible. If the group fails to find a solution for a given problem, then an experienced staff member should be named who can solve this problem. For the case that our info group will be overrun, we will found a new group "Support/Services" to handle this problem. The hotline should have a list of fax and e-mail numbers of all staff members. Another working aspect of the info group is the organization of courses. If there are enought interesst for one special theme, then the info group should engange one of the staff member to hold this course. The best solution for giving direct information is to install a information board which lists all possible courses. So everybody can enter the desired course through the info group. We have to take a fee because the expense is very high. |
