The "Munich Deaf Multimedia Club" is divided into five groups. At now there are an info group and four interest groups. We will later eventually add additional groups. At the foundation the groups got following names:

• interest group "internet"
• interest group "graphics / video"
• interest group "development / projects"
• interest group "hardware / software"

The goups are connected directly with each other. The most important group is the info group, because it's our "gate" to all people and to the whole world.

Following people were elected for beeing honorary club leaders:

• club leader: Stefan Hartig
• vice club leader: Tobias Burz

Group coordinators:

• Additionaly Andreas Vinzenz has been appointed to take care of our finances.

The coordinators and leaders will stay aktive until somebody resign at free will or the club leader aims a new coordinator for that vacant role.

The club leader is responsible for the whole club and his organization.

The coordinators are directly responsible for his interest groups and are authorized to hire further honorary staff personal at necessity. The club leader should be informed and asked before.

The club and his forums / meetings should become a permanent institution and should be leaded like a society. Basically the club has the function of a self helping group. The whole club staff and the visitors and forum participants should share all information.
