PSION family
The new PSION Serie 5
is a palmtop computer and offers for every people the
necessary computer power spectrum for on every way or at
home. The PSION Serie 5 weighs only 360 gramm and has
normal alcali batteries with a lifespan of about 40
hours. This PSION is so small, that it can be carrying in
every jacket.
The PSION Serie 5 is absolutely aimed at the
communication with desktop technologies. With its
Microsoft©-, Lotus©- und Corel©-compatible editor and
table calculator you can work with your desktop computer.
Its agenda and data base applications you can
syncronizate with PC based schedule programs. Additional
accessoires are the connection with Macintosh systems,
printer and mobil telephones, modems and the internet.
You can surf in the internet , send or get fax everytime
over in the world. Word
Editing with desktop style: You can use big keybord and
the page width screen for rapid editing of letters,
inserting different fonts, blocks and styles, inserting
pictures, tables or notices and sound for special
effects. It possible to use the test of spelling and the
printing of a result with every printer or sending a file
directly in the editor in your PC.
Table calculation
The table calculation has items which are known at the
desktop PC: integrated functions, AutoSum and
3D-Graphics, usin of one font and size, formating with
marks, raster, border and zoom-formates.

Print
With the PSION Serie 5 you can print from most program to
every printer. It is possible to print texts and graphics
about an connecting cable or wireless with infrared on
every printer, which are near by yourself.
Agenda (Scheduler)
The new PSION Serie 5 gives you new level in
functionality and user comfort. Agendas sorted in days,
weeks or years can be looked into. You insert skizzes,
notices. You see the working lists on the normal agenda
screen sorted by priority and date. Finished tasks can be
cleaned - how you want. With additional
PC-contact-program you can synchronizate the agenda of
the PSION Serie 5 automatically with famous desktop
programs such as: Lotus Organizer© und Microsoft
Schedule+©.
Data base
Exact access to own contact addresses. For this you have
only to access to a part of a name, an address or on a
telephone number - the PSION Serie 5 shows all gibt all
items exactly so as you had writing in it.
Sketch
Perhaps it is the best way to describe a concept, to
build a paint. With PSION-Sketch ther eis no problem. You
makes sketches or paints, works and insert them into the
editing file, an agenda or into your data base. This
sketch includes a clipart library, too.
Alarm & world informations
You can insert an alarm for your important termines.
There are not only five standard tones, but a possibility
to edit own alarm. And if you want to know the time
elsewhere on the world: The world information include
times, preselection codes, sunrising and sundowing times
and distances of about 700 towns around the globe. You
can insert own towns with appropriated functions, too.

The PSION Serie 5 has two desk calculators: a standard
calculator with four functions, a good "bon
roll" display and a well seeing, programmable
multi-functional business calculator with 26 named
memories.
